Who We Are
Richmond Patient Account Services provides the back office functions for 40 hospitals, including Richmond’s own Chippenham/Johnston Willis, Retreat, John Randolph, and both Henrico Doctors’ Hospitals. Here you will find all of our support services including Accounting, Customer Service, Billing, Collections, Logging, Optical Imaging, Registration, Scheduling, and much more. Because the billing process begins with Registration, we are also the employer for all registrars in our Kansas, Missouri, New Hampshire, Virginia and West Virginia facilities.

Maps & Directions
The Richmond Patient Account Services Center is located in the Boulders Office Park on the South Side of Richmond off of Midlothian Turnpike. We are one of the newest buildings in this complex that offers running trails, walking trails, groomed grounds and a Pavilion area with summer events.
In addition, dry cleaning, shopping, drug stores, and multiple food vendors are located within 5 minutes of the complex. Our building itself offers a state of the art training center, a large break room for our employees, an outside eating area for the summer months, a café, and a modernized work environment.
